Our chefs Kevin Yahiaoui-Debourge and Phailinh Ouparavong, truly passionated and dedicated to high quality cuisine, with their many years of experience, will introduce you to their specialties with great pleasure. Our chef Kevin is keen about cooking a cuisine with international influences. Combining traditional flavors with original touches; discover an exceptional culinary experience to delight your taste buds. Our Sushi chef Phai, a master of traditonnal sushi-making, will take you on an amazing culinary trip thanks to his creativity.

In support of Octobre Rose, Palais Stéphanie Beach restaurant is taking part in the fight against cancer by partnering with La Ligue contre le Cancer. Our pastry chef has crafted an exclusive dessert, available throughout the month of October at our venue. This creation, featuring a fig heart and a combawa and vanilla mousse, symbolizes our commitment to this cause. A portion of the revenue will be directly donated to La Ligue contre le Cancer to support research.

During the summer season (in July and August), the Palais Stéphanie Beach welcomes you every day from 2:30 PM for a DJ Set. Relax facing the turquoise sea, with rhythm. Discover our classic cocktails and our cocktails prepared by our mixologist experts.
