Our chefs Kevin Yahiaoui-Debourge and Phailinh Ouparavong, truly passionated and dedicated to high quality cuisine, with their many years of experience, will introduce you to their specialties with great pleasure. Our chef Kevin is keen about cooking a cuisine with international influences. Combining traditional flavors with original touches; discover an exceptional culinary experience to delight your taste buds. Our Sushi chef Phai, a master of traditonnal sushi-making, will take you on an amazing culinary trip thanks to his creativity.

During July and August, every day from 5 PM to 10 PM, indulge in our snacking menu: an invitation to finger food and sharing, in a relaxed and summery atmosphere. A deliciously convivial experience to savor while overlooking one of the most stunning panoramas on the French Riviera.
